A complete transformation awaits you at the PRACC, where the evening begins with a red carpet arrival and a stylish photo entrance.
From there, you’ll glide into the beautifully dressed Grand Ballroom, receive your welcome glass of bubbles, and be greeted by the most delightful live musicians setting the tone for an enchanting night.
Dance the Regency Way
The first part of the evening will be led by the wonderful Mrs Jane, who will host and call the Regency dances.
No experience is required — just follow along and enjoy the fun! Between dances, you’ll be treated to fancy nibbles and time to sip your drink as the music and atmosphere fill the room.
Marion Le Crayon - Live Caricature Artist
Adding a touch of charm and creativity to the evening, Marion Le Crayon will be joining the Grand Regency Ball to create live caricature drawings throughout the event.
Guests can take home their very own personalised artwork—captured with Marion’s signature flair and humour—all included in the ticket price.
It’s the perfect keepsake to remember a magical night of elegance, music, and celebration.

Slim Jim & The Phatts
Once the formal Regency dancing concludes, it’s time to let loose.
Slim Jim and the Phatts will take over, shifting the energy and bringing the party vibes.
So go ahead —
let your hair down, loosen the corset, and rock out as the night continues.

A delightful drinks bar will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
